As part of our expansion into Vietnam, we are looking for a UX/UI & Motion Designer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This position is intended to work on various agency projects, in collaboration with our teams in France, Switzerland, Spain and Morocco.
Description of the position:
As a UX/UI & Motion Designer, your mission will be to create smooth, intuitive and attractive interfaces, as well as dynamic animations to enrich the user experience. You will work closely with the strategy, development and creativity teams to design engaging visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI interfaces in accordance with the principles of ergonomics and accessibility.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop animations and motion design effects to enrich digital experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure optimal design integration.
- Participate in creative monitoring and propose innovations in terms of user experience and animations.
- Ensure the visual coherence and graphic harmony of the agency's projects.
Necessary skills
- Experience in UX/UI design on tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of the principles of facilitation and digital interactions.
- Good knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to the needs of different projects.
- Attention to detail and ability to turn ideas into intuitive and dynamic interfaces.
Skills Valued

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better collaborate with developers.
- Experience in branding and visual identity creation.
- Interest in new technologies and UX innovation (VR, AR, AI UX).
