You will be the technical reference for Odoo development and the implementation of DevOps environments.
Your mission: ensure the quality, security, and performance of ERP/CRM integrations in an international context.

Objective of the position
You will be the Odoo technical reference within EIGHT Digital Vietnam, responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of developments and deployments.
Your role will combine Odoo expertise (ERP, CRM, automation) and DevOps skills to optimise environments, CI/CD flows, and overall project performance.

Lead Developer Web (Next.js / Strapi / WordPress)
Main missions
  • Analyse and design Odoo architectures tailored to business and technical needs
  • Supervise the developments, conduct code reviews, and ensure the quality of the delivery
  • Managing deployment environments: Docker, Git, continuous integration, monitoring, and security
  • Automate the Odoo integration and update processes (tests, staging, production)
  • Integrate Odoo with other systems (Strapi, Next.js, third-party APIs, etc.)
  • Ensure maintenance, documentation, and technical and functional testing
  • Collaborate closely with the front-end, back-end, and infrastructure teams to ensure the overall consistency of the projects

Desired profile
  • 4+ years of experience on Odoo, including at least 1 to 2 years in a technical lead role.
  • Confirmed experience in Docker / Linux environments and continuous integration (CI/CD).
  • Solid experience in Odoo development and integration (modules, automation, APIs).
  • Ability to ensure code quality, deployment security, and technical documentation.
  • Professional English required (French is a plus).
  • Experience in a digital agency, ESN, or Odoo integrator is appreciated.
