As part of our organization, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant & Accountant on a part-time or more basis to support us in the daily management of the group's administrative and accounting tasks.

As an Administrative & Accounting Assistant, you will be in charge of entering invoices for the French company as well as the administrative and accounting follow-up of the other entities of the group in collaboration with the accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the entry and follow-up of invoices for French companies.
- Manage the administrative and accounting follow-up of the group's entities in conjunction with the fiduciaries.
- Ensure bank reconciliation and payment verification.
- Monitor tax and social security deadlines in conjunction with accounting firms.
- Carry out customer and supplier reminders to ensure good cash management.
- Manage the archiving and organization of administrative and accounting documents.
Necessary skills
- Experience in administration and accounting.
- Mastery of accounting and management tools (Excel, accounting software, ERP).
- Good organization and rigor in the follow-up of tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with several interlocutors (fiduciaries, banks, suppliers).
- Good written and oral communication in French.
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality of financial information.
Skills Valued
- Experience with business management tools (Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Knowledge of accounting obligations in France and in an international context.
- Experience in cash flow monitoring and payment management.
- Autonomy and proactivity in priority management.
- Sensitivity to the improvement of administrative and accounting processes.
- English or other language appreciated for communication with international entities.
